FAQs

How do I apply to be considered for the agency books?

Our books are always open! We carefully handpick each and every artist and guarantee to consider every submission that is sent to us.

If we do not get the chance to see you at one of our live agency castings, you can still email us with your information.

As you can imagine, our daily email traffic is very high so we ask that you apply to us via the Join Our Agency page. It is imperative we receive all the listed material to fully consider you for our books.

How does representation with TDH Agency work?

Any new talent are accepted onto the books either via an online submission or live agency casting.

Our theatre terms are on an exclusive basis only, and talent who also work within the commercial dance area are free to join additional agencies alongside their theatre representation with us.

Talent who are new to the books must work with us to get set up on various casting administrative platforms. This ensures we have all your details and casting information in one place. It also allows ease of day-to-day submissions on your behalf and helps us manage your weekly castings and self-tape submissions.

What do you look for when joining forces with talent?

We welcome artists that are genuinely invested in their careers and understand that building yourself in this industry takes hard work. We look for talent with passion and determination. If you have the drive to work hard and commit to the process, then you will be a good fit for the agency.

We also look for strong communication skills. We need our talent to understand that they are a business, and running that business requires open and swift communication.

What kind of artists do you represent?

We welcome graduates who need a kick start into their careers as well as seasoned talent who feel they require specified guidance at a new level in their careers.

We acknowledge that artists are always at different stages of their journey. Our talent understands that we are with them throughout the process.

How do you communicate with your talent?

We pride ourselves on our open and proactive communication with our talent.

We don’t only contact them when they have castings and auditions. We make regular contact for support and promotional material growth also.

We are also on hand to offer pre and post-audition support and guidance. We communicate via various channels including email, phone, and our designated TDH Agency WhatsApp number.

We know our talent are usually on-the-go, so we aim to make ourselves accessible in the best possible way. Communication is an integral part of how we run the agency.

Is there an age requirement to join the books?

TDH Agency represents adults only and we recommend applying after you have finished your full-time industry training.
